アザラシ3合
I was curious to buy this sake because it was from Takachiyo sake brewery and not Takachiyo, and I was told it was a limited edition sake (≧▽≦).
It tastes like the year's label of Yukio that I drank the day before yesterday (I haven't written my impression yet), and when it's cold, it has a moderate acidity that runs through it and is very delicious ( ꈍᴗꈍ ) "Smooth and dry with a gentle aroma" says the label, but I think it is a bit more sharp when cold.
Serve with lettuce salad, surume-ika (Japanese common squid) and ama-tai (sea bream) sashimi!
