It is very rich and mild, and would go very well with nabe (hot pot) or something! Delicious! Today I had it with yudofu (tofu)! I should have bought more Aizu Nakamasa when I went to Aizuwakamatsu! Junmai-shu Fukunohana Alcohol content: 15%. Rice polishing ratio: 60 Sake meter: +1 Acidity: 1.8

My favorite Romanchi de Mimo Fururi! I bought it at a liquor store when I traveled to Aizuwakamatsu ✨I love taking a small bottle of sake and a plastic cup with me on a train trip these days 😊(I'm having dinner at home today) Shimofuri means "frosty" in Japanese, which means it's perfect for late autumn when the frost is falling 🙌It's a strange sake that has both the gorgeousness of romance and the mild aftertaste! It's so delicious (≧▽≦) I served it with stir-fried pork and onions! Brewed in the 2022 brewing year Shimofuri Romain Junmai Ginjyo light nigori (light nigori) Haraju, one time fire-irrigation Rice polishing ratio: 55 Alcohol content: 16%. Specialties of the Loman series Rice: 100% Aizu rice Water: Famous water "Takashimizu" and Jizosawa water source Brewer: Local people from the Nango area in Minami Aizu Yeast: Fukushima Prefecture-developed Utsukushima Yume Yeast Koto: Traditional four-stage brewing of glutinous rice

I love kamosu mori (≧▽≦)I love the soda feel, not too sweet, but easy to drink ♡. I guess I should have bought 2 or 3 bottles, but I always end up with one because the other drinks are so tempting too (...) Holy crap!) With lettuce and sashimi! Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 14%.

I stayed in Aizuwakamatsu for a consecutive holiday in October, and the sake I learned about at the inn was so delicious that I stopped by a liquor store on my way home and bought some! When I poured it, I could smell it from about 1 meter away! At dinner at the inn, someone who said "I make this" recommended it to me, but I wonder what kind of relationship it has with the inn? I thought I was going to have about half, but in one night a four-pack of sake was gone in no time...! Bonito sashimi, with lettuce salad! Alcohol content: 16%. Rice polishing ratio: 58

I had to hold back on alcohol for two days, but now that the inspection is over, the ban is lifted (≧▽≦)Kid! I got this sake from my husband's hometown tax payment. It's delicious, easy to drink, and tasty! It's cold, and it's not as mild as I thought it would be, but more like "it's elegant". It goes down smoothly! I served it with stir-fried pork and vegetables, and bonito tataki! Junmai Sake Rice polishing ratio: Koji rice 50%, Kake rice 60 Alcohol content: 15%.

I was curious to buy this sake because it was from Takachiyo sake brewery and not Takachiyo, and I was told it was a limited edition sake (≧▽≦). It tastes like the year's label of Yukio that I drank the day before yesterday (I haven't written my impression yet), and when it's cold, it has a moderate acidity that runs through it and is very delicious ( ꈍᴗꈍ ) "Smooth and dry with a gentle aroma" says the label, but I think it is a bit more sharp when cold. Serve with lettuce salad, surume-ika (Japanese common squid) and ama-tai (sea bream) sashimi! Echigo Shuyama Makiki Junmai Ginjo Alcohol content: 15 to 16 degrees Celsius Polishing ratio: 53 Rice: 100% Ipponshime rice, all grown under contract

How many times am I going to Niigata in these two months? I went to Niigata so many times in the past two months! Not Tsururei, but I went to Uonuma-no-sato of Hakkaisan yesterday to see snow chamber storage, so snow chamber is hot for me personally! I drank it with the thought that, ah, it was stored in a place like that! It is mild and delicious! The Mikuni Kaido where Tsururei is located was also nice, I want to take a walk again♪ White maitake mushrooms and Tenkeikou with butter soy sauce, eggplant and green pepper stir-fried like grilled meat, along with squid sashimi! The maittake mushrooms were purchased at the Snow Country Maittake Product Center near the Muikamachi Interchange. Tsururei's Snow Chamber Storage Date of production: March 2022 Rice used: 100% Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio: 50 Alcohol content: 15%.

I saved the sake that came with the meal on the Shu*Kura Sake Train, but now I'm finally going to drink it! I'll post the other drinks I drank on the Shu*Kura when I have more time. I'll post the other drinks I had at Shu*Kura when I have more time, but it was a bad train in a good way! It was a bad train in a good way! It is a delicious sake that is very refreshing on its own, but I think it is probably the best food sake, and it goes well with anything! The amount and alcohol content are just right! I served it with horse sashimi, fried eggplant and shiitake mushrooms, and lettuce salad! Koshino Shu*Kura Yamahai Junmai Daiginjo Rice polishing ratio: 40 Alcohol content: 14%.

I went to see a baseball game and my guess won, so I'm going to set off fireworks. It tastes good as always! It's like a soda, not too sweet and easy to drink! It's 16% alcohol, but it was gone in no time... The sake cup is a Daishinshu choko! I went to a Daishinshu meeting for the first time in September, and it was also a great experience. I went to the Daishinshu meeting for the first time in September, and the sake cup was also terrible, but in a good way! It was a very hard two days, so my husband bought some sashimi (≧▽≦). The sake was Nakanori, which I bought on the way back from Gifu the other day! All the sake at Roadside Station Kiso Narakawa are good from the jacket! It tastes mildly sweet and delicious, but something a little different than usual, in a good way. I think it's mild but also has a light tropical flavor. It's delicious ( ꈍᴗꈍ) Oven-baked pumpkin with salmon and kampachi sashimi! Sake that I liked and bought at a stand-up bar at Nagano station (≧▽≦) When I drank it at Nagano station, it was very gorgeous, but today's taste is kind of stylish! Maybe it's because when I was at Nagano station, miso was my drink of choice? The label says it is a junmai daiginjo with a fine grape-like aroma and a sharp taste that goes well with a meal. Indeed, it may have a luxurious and glamorous flavor like Yamori! Today we had it with cucumber and tuna salad and sashimi (sea bream, kochi, engawa, and swordfish)! This liquor was introduced as melon-like and was purchased. The other yellow label in line was described as grapefruit-like. I am curious about that one too! When I drank it, I found that it might have a melon-like taste, but it was not too flashy, but mildly sweet and tasty (≧▽≦)! The name of the sake also has plum blossoms, and the sake cup also has plum blossoms painted on it, which makes me feel good! Served with soaked zucchini, lettuce and tomato salad, and sashimi (striped horse mackerel, inada, sea bream, and chicken grunt)! Alcohol content: 15%. As expected of Wind Forest Fireworks! I love it because it has a rummy feel without being too sweet (≧▽≦) I looked at the back label and saw that ......? Kaze no Mori Fireworks Festival the final ...? What? This is the last one? The Kaze no Mori Fireworks Festival was started to liven up the situation where there are not many events in the Corona disaster. ...... Really? ...... Too bad.... It's still easy to drink and has a bittersweet rummy taste, I love it! I heard there was a BBQ to enjoy with the wind forest, but the accommodation plan was sold out...( ≧Д≦) The fireworks were red this time, but there will be blue fireworks in late August. I have to buy one..! We had a salad of soaked zucchini, lettuce and tomatoes, along with sashimi (horse mackerel, yellowfin bream, sea bream, and Japanese anchovy)!
