YEARS BOTTLE! I actually went to Tsururei's sake brewery to look for a yellow shimmering Yukio's YEARS BOTTLE, but it was also nice, so I bought it...and finally opened it! The red shimashimas are so cool! It's so delicious! Mellow! I wonder if the water tastes good! It just slips right into your mouth! Served with squid and Thai sashimi, lettuce salad, and Thai takikomi-gohan (cooked rice)! Tsururei's Snow Chamber 2020/21 Rice polishing ratio: 48 Rice used: 100% Omachi Alcohol content: 17% abv. Production Date: 2020.11 (This is the year the sake was bottled and then stored at low temperature in Tsururei's snow chamber)

Right of drinking comparison! (≧▽≦) This one is the middle pick and the other one is not the middle pick. Wind Forest is brighter and calmer than expected. This one is not so fizzy, but it's delicious with a dusty feeling, and it goes well with bonito in today's dinner 💡. There was also Akitsuho rice in the drinking set, which is big and tasty again! The sound of the bottle opening is a nice pop with a strong carbonation...and it tastes as delicious as ever...(≧▽≦) I looked at the label on the back. I looked at the label on the back and saw that the rice polishing ratio is 90%...? It doesn't look like that at all, it's easy to drink! The only drawback of this one is that the pattern is written directly on the bottle and the label cannot be attached to a notebook (...-́︿-̀). ) Serve with cooked rice with oysters and salad with jellyfish on top!
