I thought Jozen Nyosui was a light and dry sake, but I saw "mellow umakuchi" on the sales counter, so I thought "what? So I bought it. The rich ginjo aroma and the sweet taste gave me a different impression from the usual Jozen Nyosui, and it tasted like an unpasteurized sake. However, the aftertaste was as clear as water, and despite the brand name, it was a sake that made me think, "Ah, it's Jozen Josui. It's delicious.
