Purchased at Boke Mart in front of Oboke Station located in Iya, Tokushima Prefecture♪ I was impressed that there is a supermarket in such a remote mountain village! I was impressed. I regretted not having come hungry 😔. Instead (?) I bought some local sake! I bought some local sake instead! Here it is. Seller: Ayake Mart, so is it a limited edition? The label has a little pissing boy, a famous sightseeing spot in Iya (I didn't go there this time, but lol). It has a nice, refreshing taste with a gentle acidity that flows smoothly. I think it can also be served warmed!

This local sake is produced by the only sake brewery on Shodoshima. They do not distribute to retailers outside the island, but sell exclusively to a limited number of restaurants on and off the island. And this "Mori" seems to be made for daily consumption on the island. In other words, for me, an off-island resident, it is a rarity. First of all, it is easy to drink! It has a dry, yet moderately fruity ginjo aroma, and I never get tired of drinking it. It tastes like yogurt or ramune. It's delicious.

Purchased on a trip to Kamiaso. It is easy to drink with a light and dry taste like water that is rich like caramel and yet refreshing! It is a "super light and dry" sake with a sake strength of +10, oichiii. I want to buy it again because I can drink it so easily (laugh).

This sake was purchased at Seki Sake Brewery in Kameoka City, Kyoto Prefecture. This local sake is made from 100% Gohyakumangoku grown in Kyoto Prefecture. It has a calm and mellow yeasty flavor, with a sweet and sour effect. It is delicious at room temperature, heated, or chilled.

Mild, lactic acidic aroma. It has a mild, mellow, and thick mouthfeel. The medium-sweet taste is not sticky or harsh, and the acidity tightens the taste and leaves a crisp aftertaste. Personally, I think this is the kind of sake that one would expect from western Japan! I personally think of "Western Japan sake" as this kind of sake! It is easy to drink and tastes great when chilled.

Honjozo sake bought at Seki Sake Brewery in Kameoka City, Kyoto. This sake brewery is not registered with Sake-no-Wawa. ......? Gentle aroma, sweetness, umami, and bitterness rush in at the same time. It is a dry sake that wears off leaving a bitter aftertaste and aroma. Goes well with tempura and miso! Oichiii.

A fragrant type of ginjo aroma. There is no sweetness at all, and the aftertaste is watery and sharp. It is like water with the flavor of rice. It flows nicely with the flavor of the food. It has no peculiarities or persistence, so it is delicious without making you tired of drinking it.

The illustration on this label is ...... freezing when there is a strong cold wave (lol). It is a light, dry sake with a delicious rice flavor, a slight yeasty hint of nama-shu, and a crisp finish. It is not sticky, and the sweetness and acidity are low, leaving no aftertaste, making it easy to drink and delicious.

Aroma with a lactobacillus beverage feel. Sake with a dry aftertaste, but with a good balance of flavors. It also has a little bit of alcohol. It has a slight alcohol taste, but it is not strong, so it is good to drink with a meal.

Is the aroma moderate among otters? Maybe it's because the last Otters I drank was shochu (laugh). It has a good balance of sweetness, acidity, bitterness, and umami, and the flavor is a combination of Otters' typical ginjo aroma and the freshness of so-called nama-shu. So this is what Otter's nama-shu is like! It is one of the best Otters with a good aroma and sweet taste.

It has a clear, dry taste, but also has a flavor reminiscent of lactic acid beverages, perhaps because it is unfiltered, and is easy to drink with no dullness. The aftertaste is also refreshing, with just a hint of sweetness-derived sourness. It is a delicious sake that can be drunk cold and in large quantities!

Fresh aroma reminiscent of muscat and lychee. Mild taste with sweetness and bitterness. There is also a hint of papaya juice. It is nice to drink it slowly from chilled, as the temperature changes and the mildness of the flavor becomes more pronounced.

Beautiful ginjo aroma. In the mouth, there is a slight acidity and an unadorned yeast flavor that leaves the nose. The richness, umami, and acidity reach their peak and then quickly fade away, making for a crisp, clear sake. There is no aftertaste left in the mouth, so it is easy to drink. It is delicious.

Fruity, yet subdued ginjo aroma. Nuances of apple, peach and pear. It has just the right amount of sweetness and umami, with a "super dry" taste that flows easily, leaving behind an aroma and bitterness. It does not interfere with the taste of the meal, but the sake's umami and flavor can be felt, making it a good match for a variety of dishes. It is best served cold.
