I purchased Isoban ❗️
This is the first time I've had this specially selected honjozo made with premium Yamadanishiki.
This is my first time drinking it😊.
Compared to the other Honjozo I've had
The aroma is melon-like and similar
The taste is mellow and gentle ❗️
The aftertaste is clean and moderately spicy: ❗️
Of course, I paired it with sashimi, and it was fantastic😃.
It's still delicious 👍
I'm going to have a sip for my next sashimi: ❗️
