I went to Yamanashi Meisho again this year: ❗️
I wanted to get the dedication sake that came out on 11/25.
So I went the next day!
The weather was nice and the autumn leaves were a bit late, but it was a nice drive.
I bought the sake I was looking for, but
but I had to try this ichiban shiboshu as well 😊.
It has a green apple-like aroma and
I guess it's because it's made with Hakushu's famous water
Smooth and soft taste ❗️
It's very tasty with just the right amount of sweetness😃.
It's also cosy and last but not least 👍.
I'm also looking forward to the dedication sake 😊.
