This is my first time drinking this sake from Nabeshima: ❗️
I bought it about 2 months ago for New Year's. But with the rush of new sake, there were too many sake I wanted to open to empty my cellar 😅.

I think this is my first Aiyama from Nabeshima 🤔.
Gorgeous aroma like Daiginjo ❗️
Strawberry-like flavor typical of Aizan
Sweetness and sourness
It tastes pretty robust.
It's got a refreshing aftertaste thanks to the slight bitterness and alkaloids 👍.
