This is another sake I like. It had a nice sharpness that is typical of dry sake.

This is an intensely memorable sake. I didn't know there was such a raw sake. It had a guttural taste and spiciness. It was a strange sake with a freshness that is typical of nama sake.

Of the three, this was the most interesting sake. It has an aroma that comes in refreshingly, but it also has an acidity in the aftertaste. However, it was not a sourness that was unpleasant, and made me want to take another sip. It was an interesting and delicious sake.
