Of the three, this was the most interesting sake. It has an aroma that comes in refreshingly, but it also has an acidity in the aftertaste. However, it was not a sourness that was unpleasant, and made me want to take another sip. It was an interesting and delicious sake.

First time I encountered this sake. Very tasty. The taste like fire-aged sake comes after the freshness of nama-shu.
