I have never had a sake from Sho Shiki before.
The alcohol content is low (13°), but it is not a light sake.
It is a good sake for a meal. I felt it is made seriously.

Summer sake. It is a summer sake that will be gone before summer arrives 😓 so we made it in a bottle!
The label is cute with penguins, turtles, whales, dolphins, sunfish, jellyfish, and other sea creatures on a blue silver background. It has a sharp and sharp taste, but as the temperature rises a little, it has a light sweetness, a mild mouthfeel, and a crisp acidity.

It's been a while since I've had a bottle of packaged sake.
This sake is rice juice. It has a piquancy if you drink it cold. It gets sweeter as the temperature range goes up. I think it would go well with people who are not used to drinking sake or people who like white wine. People who like dry sake may not like it.
I like it, though.
