In March, I opened the Risshun Morning Squeeze. I think it was squeezed on the 4th day of the 2nd month of the 6th year of 2024. It is fresh~ It is easy to drink, with just the right amount of sweetness, light acidity, low alcohol content, and lightness, making it extremely easy to drink.

This sake was given to me by a junior colleague at work. It is active in the bottle, so when you open it, you have to open it a little at a time so it doesn't blow out. It's a noble sake, but you wouldn't know it if you weren't told. The carbonation is very good, and the sweetness may be neutralized by the carbonation. It's like an ambassador for adults. It's a delicious sake.

Happy New Year 🎍. Let's drink lots of sake this year too. ❗️ Hirotogawa Junmai Nigori Nama Sake, Matsuzaki Shuzo Co. It's a Nigori sake. It's a shuwashu sake with a rather strong gassiness. I wonder if the carbonation neutralizes the sweetness. I prefer to drink it with the supernatant rather than the nigori. It's a delicious sake.
