This sake was given to me by a junior colleague at work. It is active in the bottle, so when you open it, you have to open it a little at a time so it doesn't blow out. Happy New Year 🎍. Let's drink lots of sake this year too. ❗️ Hirotogawa Junmai Nigori Nama Sake, Matsuzaki Shuzo Co. It's a Nigori sake. It's a shuwashu sake with a rather strong gassiness. I wonder if the carbonation neutralizes the sweetness. I prefer to drink it with the supernatant rather than the nigori. It's a delicious sake.
