It's a summer sake. It smells like pears and lychees, maybe.
It's light, light and gassy, with a nice touch.
It's not only light, it's a perfect sake for summer.
It's a delicious sake.
I noticed a few bubbles of carbonation when I opened the bottle.
I'd like to try mixing in some cider, but the carbonation is too much 💦 but the taste is not sweet, so it's easy to drink.
In my opinion.
Everyone loves SENKOU!
Autumn Sake. Cute red dragonfly illustration on a clear bottle.
The aroma is still a bit of a guess, but I'm guessing lychee.
It is sweet, but not too bitter because of the strong acidity ❓ Maybe it is because the taste is well balanced.
It is easy to drink and tastes good due to its low alcohol content.
Thank you Senkin!
It's been a while since I've tasted Yamama. The blue label is beautiful. The rice used is Comet from Hokkaido. It's a little light, rich, mellow sake, I think.
Sweetness No bitterness Sourness No gassiness Not as refreshing as summer sake, but it has a nice smooth sensation It goes well with fish I don't know about meat I don't know because I don't have any meat to count on I think it's better cooled than chilled.
Sake of the Day
Hibi Hozu
Hibi Brewing Company Kyoto Sake
It's a light sake with a light mouthfeel, maybe because it's 12%, it flows smoothly from the mouth to the throat, and the slight gasiness may also give it a light feeling.
Sake of the Day🍶.
Golden Kabutomushi Senkin Corporation Sake from Tochigi Prefecture
Golden Beetle Imameya's hanpukai
Regular sized Kabutomushi. It is a kujo-zake.
It has a good balance of sourness and sweetness. 13% alcohol.
The sweetness is more assertive. Kabutomushi is an adult lemon squash, but Golden Kabutomushi has a strong honey-lemon flavor.
It is my favorite type of sake.
We caught it again this year, adult lemon squash
Large size (1 bottle) Kabutatsumushi
Good balance of sourness and sweetness Alcohol is 14 degrees Alcohol is not good for those who like traditional sake ❓ I would like to recommend this sake to those who don't know how to drink sake Sake with a taste that you probably won't find at chain izakaya Sake with a good low alcohol content I still love this sake ❤️
I bought a sake I'd never seen or heard of, intrigued by a hunch and a simple label, and it was a winner. ❤️
It has a sweet, yet crisp, refreshing taste with depth.
Your first No. 6. It was a gift. I can't get it on my own 💦 Thank goodness for that!
It's fresh, smooth, easy to drink, and very popular, and I think it's the best sake for sake newbies to start liking. ❤️
I wonder what the aroma is ❓ I can't tell because I have a stupid nose ❓ Lychee with a hint of gasiness ❓ The sweetness comes first but the acidity cancels it out ❓ What are similar sake ❓ From the acidity, I wonder if it is Koueikiku's twilight orange or Sengoku's beetle ❓ Hmmm ❓ I don't know ❓ Either way, it's a good sake ❓
Either way, it's a delicious sake. I like it ❤️
Good morning, Tattoo 595 😃.
I'm so envious that you got No.6 😳 We also had our wish to drink at home a while ago: ‼️
I just drank some taso ore 🍊 and bought some capsicum 🤗
Jay & Nobby, I received this from a junior member of my company. He, Akita liquor store likes him and he buys Akita sake for me every time he goes on a long business trip ✈️. This time he got X-type and S-type, and he gave it to me as if he was sorry to give it to me in S-type. I am very grateful. I will entertain him soon 🍶.
It has acidity, sweetness, a strong flavor, and a mild taste.
Sake is made from rice, but why does it have various tastes such as sour, sweet, and a little bitter❓
I thought it would be sweet because it's a spring sake, but it's not. It has a bitterness, so it's crisp and refreshing.
It's a good sake. I like it. ❤️Spring
Good taste É Good balance of sweetness and sourness É Sweetness to sourness and a little bit of bitterness at the end I like this. ❤️ It may be similar to Senkou's Modern.
In March, I opened the Risshun Morning Squeeze.
I think it was squeezed on the 4th day of the 2nd month of the 6th year of 2024.
It is fresh~ It is easy to drink, with just the right amount of sweetness, light acidity, low alcohol content, and lightness, making it extremely easy to drink.
I guess it's your first time to drink sake from Ibaraki.
It is fresh and has no bitterness, so it is easy to drink even for those who are not used to drinking Japanese sake.
This sake was given to me by a junior colleague at work.
It is active in the bottle, so when you open it, you have to open it a little at a time so it doesn't blow out.
It's a noble sake, but you wouldn't know it if you weren't told. The carbonation is very good, and the sweetness may be neutralized by the carbonation.
It's like an ambassador for adults. It's a delicious sake.
