I forgot to take a picture of it and took it after I'd had a lot to drink. I got it at the end of summer and it's nigori. I have an image of nigori as winter. It's quite strong. I tried it with osumashi (clear soup). It's refreshing with a hint of sourness. It seems to be a late summer type of sake. When I mix the orizumi with the sake, the orizumi is a little stronger, but it's not sweet, and the refreshing feeling lasts. Sake here is good. I like it.

I went to Kumamoto to visit a sake brewery and bought this sake. It doesn't have much aroma, but it has a subtle fragrance. It has a moderate sweetness, moderate acidity, and a nice crispness. I hope they will expand nationwide like they did before.

It's light and cloudy, with 20% alcohol by volume, which is high for sake, but the high alcohol content seems to cancel out the sweetness, although I think there is a bit of bitterness. I think there's a bit of bitterness, but it's kind of canceled out by the bitterness. I think it may be a sake that is challenging the low alcohol trend that is emerging a little. It is a delicious sake!

This time it is the old Classic Sentori. I compared it with the NEW Classic. I can still feel the acidity, and the acidity counteracts the sweetness, making the taste refreshing. It is difficult to say which I like better, the new or the old classic, but I think the new classic is more popular with everyone, in my opinion. But they both have different personalities and are very tasty.
