I noticed a few bubbles of carbonation when I opened the bottle.
I'd like to try mixing in some cider, but the carbonation is too much 💦 but the taste is not sweet, so it's easy to drink.

Everyone loves SENKOU!
Autumn Sake. Cute red dragonfly illustration on a clear bottle.
The aroma is still a bit of a guess, but I'm guessing lychee.
It is sweet, but not too bitter because of the strong acidity ❓ Maybe it is because the taste is well balanced.
It is easy to drink and tastes good due to its low alcohol content.

It's been a while since I've tasted Yamama. The blue label is beautiful. The rice used is Comet from Hokkaido. It's a little light, rich, mellow sake, I think.

Golden Kabutomushi Senkin Corporation Sake from Tochigi Prefecture
Golden Beetle Imameya's hanpukai
Regular sized Kabutomushi. It is a kujo-zake.
It has a good balance of sourness and sweetness. 13% alcohol.
The sweetness is more assertive. Kabutomushi is an adult lemon squash, but Golden Kabutomushi has a strong honey-lemon flavor.
It is my favorite type of sake.
