We ordered it from a local liquor store with our name on it. It is a sake pressed on the morning of Risshun, which comes only once every 60 years in the year of the Horse of the Rising Sun. We are very thankful to have it. The aroma is mild, but the taste is full of flavor and slightly sweet. It is a delicious sake full of the strength and freshness of nama sake.

I purchased a bottle of unfiltered unpasteurized sake squeezed on February 1 at the brewery. The brewery is located in a mountainous area with a nice atmosphere. It is very nice. The sake has a mild aroma and is full of rich sweetness and rice flavor. My father visited the brewery while his daughter was in Kanagawa for her college entrance exam. Today is Setsubun.

We received this sake from Furusato as it was used in JAL's first class in 2015. The aroma is fresh and peachy sweet. The sweetness is moderate and the flavor spreads in the mouth. It is a delicious sake with a complex intertwining of moderate acidity and bitterness. It is delicious immediately after opening the bottle, with a gaseous sensation. We look forward to another year of encountering delicious sake. Serve with homemade pickled nozawana.

On my way home from work, I bought some at Daisetsuei Kuragei Sake Brewery. The last sake of the year was Ikeda-cho Taisetsuei Special Junmai Namaeshu. It is a clear, refreshing, dry sake. It is easy to drink because of its high alcohol content of 17 degrees. It has been a good year with many things happening this year. Thanks to the blessing of sake. Thank you very much.
