Sake of Sado Island, 1st? Sake from Sado Island
Sake purchased at the brewery. Since it was a good opportunity, I bought a Sado limited edition.
It was a refreshing sake with a moderate sweetness, and the acidity and bitterness prevailed. It also had a gaseous taste that I enjoyed.

My Daughter Drove Me to Nagano Sake No. 2
Junmai Daiginjo with malic acid high productivity yeast (R yeast) developed by Nagano Prefecture.
The perfect balance of sweetness and acidity makes this sake like drinking white wine.
It also has a refreshing aftertaste. Perfect with meuniere of white fish. It also seems to go well with cheese.

My daughter drove me to Zenkoji Temple for a visit.
We went to Nishinomon, which we had wanted to visit for a long time!
When I opened the bottle, the aroma of sweet fruit wafted through the air.
It is a juicy sake with a full mouthful of sweetness.

The pitch black label is not photogenic, but it is a chic label, which is also good.
The aroma is a mellow ginjo aroma, and even though it is a daiginjo, it is a dry sake. It's so refreshing!

On a summer vacation trip to Sadogashima
At Donden Kogen Lodge.

This is my first Yamamoto.
