This sake was drawn from a tank at Sakaeya in Shikkyoyu Onsen, Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture!
The sake is stored in a large stainless steel tank at -2°C and bottled!
The aroma is mellow and light with a hint of pineapple on the palate!
The alcohol content is high because it is a pure sake, but it is easy to drink!

Today is Children's Day
A bottle from our stockpile.
It has the fruity and mellow aroma of Sanke Nishiki. It is a mellow sake with a gaseous taste and a delicious sweetness that is typical of Yamazan. The bottle lid is a crown, so we drank it up. Thank you very much for your kindness.
First crop in a long time.

Sake purchased at the brewery. Since it was a good opportunity, I bought a Sado limited edition.
