The initial aroma is a good balance of the full, sweet aroma of rice and the refreshing aroma of alcohol, typical of sake.
In the mouth, a slight sweetness derived from rice and a full flavor spread out, and finally, a trace of acidity and bitterness finish off the whole dry taste without lingering in the mouth.
It is delicious like a dry and refreshing sweet sake, and seems to go well with dishes with a strong sweet flavor, such as grilled meat or teriyaki, rather than on its own.
It was quite vigorous and took a few minutes to open the bottle, but there was no fizzy feeling when drinking.
