The top aroma is lactic acid sour and slightly sulfuric with a strange scent (wooden vat aroma?).
The texture is silky and smooth.
In the mouth, medium acidity, umami, and natural sweetness spread. After that, a slight bitterness appears, and while the acidity is the most persistent, the whole wine is very smooth.
It is just like a grapefruit.
Sorry to say this, but it is like a superior version of Senkou Beetle!
After opening the bottle, I let it sit for a while.
The sharp acidity is gone, and the sweetness and flavor have become richer. However, the one and only aroma is wonderful. The aroma is wonderful.
I don't know what it is, but it smells like white grapes, but tiny white grapes, like Delaware in a soft drink. It's a very pleasant and nostalgic aroma.
It's like a very fine sweet white wine.
