I asked the clerk at the liquor store if they had anything good in stock, and she said they had a snowman in stock.... I bought it without hesitation. The first thing I did was to try the supernatant. I thought it would have a strong sweetness, but after the umami, the bitterness comes in with a refreshing aftertaste.
