Purchased at Matsuyama station and had it on the express train with jakoten and chikuwa as snacks. It was refreshing and easy to drink, with little alcohol content. (The Yosan Line was quite bumpy, and I was worried that it might spill.)

On a trip to Matsuyama The first Ehime sake, served cold with oden. The first thing you notice when it arrives is the gorgeous aroma. The taste is rich in rice flavor and smooth on the tongue. Personally, I felt it was not so dry. The aftertaste was so sharp that I was out of sake before I had finished the oden and had to have another one. It was a delicious and gentle sake.

Fruity aroma like gorgeous pear. Soft on the palate, with rich rice flavor and sweetness. It has a slightly bitter taste with a dry aftertaste. White and red meat sashimi and cheese-based snacks are my personal best matches. It also goes well with cheesecake after dinner.

At first sip, a slight carbonation. A bit of sweetness and a fruity, mild taste. Personally, I didn't find it too dry. The aftertaste is refreshing and pleasant. Maybe you would like something refreshing as a side dish? It went well with white fish sashimi with lemon.

Serve it cold. The first sip brings the umami of the rice, and it has a nice sharpness. It is easy to drink with rich umami and sweetness rather than spiciness, It was easy to drink and mellow. As the name suggests, it went well with sea bream sashimi 👌. I also enjoyed it with Chinese stir-fry with green pepper and cheese. It is a good food wine. The logo of the sea bream on the whirlpool is cool! Purchased at Tokushima station souvenir shop.

I had to go to Kofu and bought it at the station on my way home. I chilled it in the refrigerator before serving. It has a nice aroma and a sweet, dry taste with a slight bitterness afterward. Personally, I thought it went well with cheese.

I bought a limited number of bottles at Yoshiike in Okachimachi without hesitation. When I was in Niigata, I used to drink it with natto tempura and dried squid at Yoshihan in Nishi-ku. This time, I drank it cold with deep-fried tofu from Tochio (with natto), boiled firefly squid, and sashimi of amberjack. It has a soft, watery mouthfeel, with a strong flavor but with a good sharpness. I think it is a sake that can be paired with anything.
