Got it in Hiroshima on the way back from Saijo Sake Festival.
Momiji is very Hiroshima-like.
It has a gassy, citrusy taste and a good balance of sweetness and umami.
It is sharp when served cold, and gradually tightens up as it goes back to room temperature.
