I finished my business in Tokorozawa area early and had a lunchtime drink.
It was smooth, full-bodied, deliciously spicy, and had a bitter aftertaste.
It was a little alcoholic, so I guessed it was probably honjozo.
I like their motsu-nikomi (stewed pork cutlet) and thought it would be a good match, but unfortunately they were out of it at the time. I had it with deep-fried tofu and yam. I would have liked something with a stronger flavor.
