Soooooooo long time no see! Enjoy your Sunday ✨ I picked up my first Sentori Kabutomushi at a liquor store today while driving 😊✨The sake bottle is so cute 🥰I'm thinking of using it as a large vase for a single flower when I'm done drinking 😂. It's a little bit of a schwarziness in the mouth. My partner says there's no schwar, but I felt a little? The refreshing sourness spread out and it's time for summer sake 🤤🥂.

Second pre-GW fun ✨My partner and I had a calendar day off ✨I had to work the middle day of GW. Finally it's over 😭I chose Urachiebijin which I enjoyed drinking at the store before. I chose it because I wanted my partner to drink it too😊It has a sweet ginjo aroma and a gently sweet mouthfeel. I never get tired of drinking it 🤤.

Weekend fun✨Yesterday I took a paid day off to go on a hot spring trip with my partner ♨️When the event I was looking forward to is over and I come home, I feel a bit disengaged and ha~( - - - -) =3 -I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not, but it's a good idea. But, well, it's still Saturday, so I decided to enjoy a little happiness🤞 and bought a bottle of Yamamoto-kun's Shinsei No. 6 yeast🤩🤩 which I drank last year and was so happy with🐎😭I'm already melting from the smell. The aroma is already melting me 🐎🤤Slight tingling sensation, sweetness runs through it. We don't use sake as a food sake when we drink sake, but today we had it with duck hot pot 🦆🍶.

Weekend fun✨It's been a very long time since I've been to Sake-no-wa. It's been a while since I've had sake. I had a coronary at the beginning of the year, and it healed slowly, but I have finally recovered to the point where I can enjoy drinking sake. Today, I bought a bottle of Tazake Yamahai-shikomi at the end of the year to open at New Year's. It has a fruity flavor with a hint of spice and a hint of spice. New Year's Eve treat✨We've only got a few more days left this year😊I've been enjoying sake with a fair amount of frequency😋The last sake of the year was a Kagatobi Junmai Daiginjo🍶given as a birthday present by my second daughter and her husband🍶I know it's the present that will please you the most😂The aroma is soft and fluffy. The aroma is soft and easy to drink, but then the delicious taste of rice comes in with a bang. I wish you all a happy new year. ‼️

I bought Nabeshima NewMoon🌑 last week 🌑 the liquor store I always go to, once sold out, but I bought it again when it came in ❗🥰 I missed out last year, so this year! This year! I can't hide the fact that it was this Nabeshima NewMoon that got my partner and I into sake ✨We had been drinking sake from the supermarket, but after drinking this Nabeshima that we happened to have on hand, we realized how good sake could be 🤭It's been 2 years since I had it, but it's still delicious 🤤 It has a subtle gassy taste and a gentle sweetness. I've never had this Nabeshima since I happened to get it 🤭.

Weekend Fun ✨Yesterday I was tired from a work-related drinking session. I was ready to go back home and have a drink with my partner, but my eyelids were almost closed, ready to go to bed 😢I'm just thankful that he's awake and waiting for me, rubbing his sleepy eyes. I haven't had Nabeshima in a while 🙏✨Moon series in a while. It always makes me anticipate before I drink it. When you pour it into a glass, fine petit bubbles come to the surface. Slight gasiness. The dryness after the sweetness. The bitterness and acidity disappear quickly, leaving a crisp aftertaste 🤤I have a bottle, but it will be gone soon.

I left my partner behind and went to Aizu, my mother's home, to help with the farm work. I drank a lot of sake in Aizu. I can't keep up with all the posts, but.... I'll share my thoughts when I receive the sake I sent from there 😊In the meantime, my partner prepared my favorite sake, Denshogiku from my favorite Kangiku, which he prepared for me to drink when I returned home 💛It was wonderful from the aroma ✨It was a little bit shwah.... The sweetness of the wine is very easy to drink. After drinking the dry Aizu sake, this is just like dessert 🤤🍰.

Weekend fun✨The last sake I stocked up on during my trip to Nagano last month. My partner and I are both feeling a bit tired, and I'm thinking that I'm getting old. My partner and I work at different places, but we share the same job, so I'm thankful that we can talk to each other about our various problems. Well, it was no use worrying about it, so I drank a bottle of Kuroemon XVI. There is not much aroma. It has a moderate acidity, a slight tanginess, and a thick, rich rice flavor. It was different from the sake I have had recently, wasn't it? It has a strong, rich umami (flavor) and is very tasty.

Weekend fun✨Today we started early in the morning to Lake Kawaguchi in Yamanashi. It's a drive to visit shrines, which we do every September as a routine. We had lunch at our usual soba restaurant and stocked up on horse sashimi, Yamanashi wine, and Kai's Kaiun, a local sake. Hiyoroshi Junmai Ginjo is a junmai ginjo that comes out this time of year. It has a crisp ginjo aroma. Fuji? Because it is brewed with spring water from Mt. It is mellow and pleasant to drink. The sharpness after the sweetness is addictive.

The last fun of summer vacation✨The long summer vacation is about to end. My partner and I took the second part of our summer vacation trip to Chichibu and Nagatoro. We had a great time touring the three shrines in Chichibu and going down the Nagatoro Line 🥰 and on the drive home, I happened to pick up some Kangiku Orange Sea 🧡 which has a subtle sweet aroma and a slight sizzling feeling. It reminds me of the end of summer. I'm so happy to be able to enjoy it. I'm going to work tomorrow 😭.
