みずたまWeekend fun✨The last sake I stocked up on during my trip to Nagano last month. My partner and I are both feeling a bit tired, and I'm thinking that I'm getting old. My partner and I work at different places, but we share the same job, so I'm thankful that we can talk to each other about our various problems. Well, it was no use worrying about it, so I drank a bottle of Kuroemon XVI. There is not much aroma. It has a moderate acidity, a slight tanginess, and a thick, rich rice flavor. It was different from the sake I have had recently, wasn't it? It has a strong, rich umami (flavor) and is very tasty.
