Opened a souvenir from a trip to Kanazawa.
It had a full rice aroma typical of sake, a slightly dry taste with a strong umami flavor, and a clean finish that was not cloying. It was a very tasty sake.

I bought a bottle of Kirinzan Yukinoshita as a souvenir at the station because it was so delicious that I drank it at a soba noodle restaurant in Niigata.
The hexagonal bottle and stylish label are ○.
It has a clear, crisp, but not too spicy, umami flavor, and a more refined taste.
I think it is a great sake that I can recommend to others.

Sweet. Fruity. Light. Good with fish in early summer.
#############
Light, summery, fresh and fruity. Juicy flavor. Expansive and pleasant aroma reminiscent of apples and pears, with a gentle sweet finish. As usual, stable quality and a refreshing summery finish.
