Opened a souvenir from a trip to Kanazawa. It had a full rice aroma typical of sake, a slightly dry taste with a strong umami flavor, and a clean finish that was not cloying. It was a very tasty sake. https://nakamura-shuzou.co.jp/products/detail.php?product_id=71

I bought a bottle of Kirinzan Yukinoshita as a souvenir at the station because it was so delicious that I drank it at a soba noodle restaurant in Niigata. The hexagonal bottle and stylish label are ○. It has a clear, crisp, but not too spicy, umami flavor, and a more refined taste. I think it is a great sake that I can recommend to others. https://kirinzan.co.jp/lineup/kinunmo/
