At an udon restaurant in Ginza.
It has a fruity and gorgeous aroma and a crisp, dry taste.
As one would expect from a "fisherman's sake," it was a very tasty sake with a gorgeous yet slightly rough taste.
We forgot to take a picture, so we are uploading a picture of the motsu nabe udon instead.

With ozoni on New Year's morning. This sake was brought to my parents' house as a souvenir from a trip to Hiroshima.
It has a gorgeous apple-like aroma. Slightly dry. In a good sense, it is as light as water and you can drink it as much as you want. The slight bitterness in the aftertaste is also very delicious. It was a very delicious sake that made me happy from the New Year.

Opened a souvenir from a trip to Kanazawa.
It had a full rice aroma typical of sake, a slightly dry taste with a strong umami flavor, and a clean finish that was not cloying. It was a very tasty sake.

I bought a bottle of Kirinzan Yukinoshita as a souvenir at the station because it was so delicious that I drank it at a soba noodle restaurant in Niigata.
The hexagonal bottle and stylish label are ○.
It has a clear, crisp, but not too spicy, umami flavor, and a more refined taste.
I think it is a great sake that I can recommend to others.

Sweet. Fruity. Light. Good with fish in early summer.
