Smooth and delicious and pleasantly sweet. White chocolate, cream, honey, honeydew melon, chamomile, stone.
More like “Creamy Moon”! Nice confident sweetness, but doesn’t feel at all cloying. Really smooth and creamy. Almost no acidity. There’s some earthy background bitterness that’s balanced out well by the sweetness, don’t feel too strong, yet there’s a gentle power to it. Pleasant dry finish.
Really enjoyable, one of the best sakés I’ve had so far!
