I was interested in this brand of aged sake. It was recommended by the shop owner as an introductory sake, and even so, it was aged for five years, so the color of it made me grin. I started with a cold glass. The flavor is unique, with a mushroom-like aroma and taste. The acidity breaks it up quickly, but there's a bitter aftertaste that's delicious! When heated, the flavour expands and the sharpness and lingering aftertaste allow you to drink as much as you like!

Today is Sake Day, so I might as well introduce one of my treasured bottles. The best thing about this country is that it is a very good place to live. It was recommended to me as a warm sake in Yamagata. To be honest, when I first opened the bottle, I thought it was a little light on the Omachi flavor, but after a few days, the flavor and drinkability came through. I prefer it lukewarm.

This bottle was recommended to me at a liquor store I stopped by on my way to work in Yamagata. I asked them to suggest a sake for heating that I like. Yamagata yeast and Dewa no Sato were the key ingredients. It has a banana-like aroma and sweetness, but it also has a mature taste, fullness of flavor, and spiciness. I drank it cold, but lukewarm is good.

This is the second alcoholic drink that came out of my room cleaning the other day. We had curry today, so I took the plunge and drank it with it. It was cold, but it cut through the spicy curry and the old sake gave it a mellow taste. I was surprised to find that it was 18 degrees when I was drinking it, thinking it was delicious. Sake goes well with curry.

It may be wicked to raise it. When I cleaned the house for the holidays, I found some leftover sake. It's been a long time since I drank it, and it's colored, but I thought it was a gold medal-winning sake, so I tried it. The conclusion was that it was delicious, with a beautiful ginjo aroma and a full, smooth taste. I wonder if it is because of the correction of my memories of the brewery and Moriya-san. I will drink the rest with care.

It is naturally colored and has a fragrant aroma, with a delicious flavor, but the bitter aftertaste after drinking is unbearable. I bought it in a bottle so I can warm it up and enjoy the changes slowly.

The temperature has dropped dramatically, the rice harvesting has started in our hometown, and it's already autumn. We have a bottle of sake that we enjoyed drinking before. Today it's a cold sake. It has a fluffy aroma, a savory flavor, and a gentle taste. It's well balanced and delicious. It has a nice crispness and a lingering aftertaste, so you can drink as much as you like.

This is the first time I've seen improved Shinko. It seems to be a relative of Kame-no-o. It has good aroma and good taste. However, the bitterness and wild taste are still the same as the parent. On the day of uncorking, it seemed a little flashy and we decided to drink it slowly. I finished drinking it today, and the wild taste was delicious because the temperature came down.

I can't believe there's a liquor store near me where I can buy my favorite Gunma Izumi. There was a super special selection of my favorite sake, but this time I went with the regular Yamahai Junmai to study. According to the owner, the rice used is different. I compared it with the Cho Tokusen, but the regular version was sharper and the Cho Tokusen was fuller. Both are delicious and have their own merits!

Ouchi time Obon vacation. This is my first time to try Kudokigake. The aroma is amazing, and the rice is polished to 22%. The taste is smooth and creamy, and the bitterness tightens it up. It has 17% alcohol, so it is very drinkable. It tastes better when it's a little warmer than cold.

When I was looking at the room temperature shelves at a liquor store the other day, I was recommended this Hioki Sakura. I've drunk Strong before in combination with Tamagawa's No.1 yeast, but I didn't have a special impression of it because of the original character of the brewery. I drank it at room temperature, but it had a fragrant aroma and a thick flavor. I had it as a warmed sake in the slightly cooler weather after the typhoon. It's powerful, but also crisp and clean.

We visited a liquor store while the vaccination site was far away. When I peeked in, I found a bottle of Kikuhime nigori sake. It was out of season, but I bought it without saying a word, thinking that it would be a good match for the sake, since it was displayed in the middle of the season and I was getting a little tired of summer sake. It's easy to drink thanks to the low alcohol content and the nigori, but it's also delicious with a Kikuhime flavor. It's a good summer sake. Thank you, Ozawa!

I wanted to enjoy the summer with the sake I have at home now, so I had a cold Tamagawa. The conclusion, well, it was delicious. The standard unfiltered unpasteurized sake is also delicious, but even the alcoholic version has its own Tamagawa flavor and is delicious. This is the kind of sake that is good to drink slowly.
