I bought it on a trip because I wanted to drink sake made by Touji Jigoku. It is an out-of-season Miyamanishiki hiyaoroshi, but although it has a sweet taste, it is crisp and clean. Even when lukewarm, I drank it at a fast pace because of its gradual flavor.

This sake was recommended to us as a Yamagata sake that can be easily and smoothly drunk warmed up. When warmed, it had an aroma, bitterness, and acidity that I had never tasted before. It had a nice sharpness and was delicious as if you were drinking rice wine. It's been a long time since I've had Murayusuke because I had the impression that it was quite sweet when I drank it before, even though it is a sake produced in the prefecture. This is the first Sentori Snowman during the thawing season. Although we missed the timing, bubbles started rising as soon as we opened the bottle. The clear sake gave the impression of being hard, but when mixed with ori, it gave the impression of a popsicle. Although it did not give the impression of being sweet, it was full-bodied and tasty despite its low alcohol content. I would buy it and drink it right away if I had the chance.

It's best with warmed sake, but it's also good cold. It's fragrant, flavorful, and refreshing, making it the perfect sake for evening drinking. I've found another good sake.

Sorry for the out-of-prefecture sake after posting last night. I bought this bottle in Akita last year. It's my favorite brewery, Miyamanishiki, and I can't believe I chose to drink it. I remembered that I had bought it at a brewery opening a long time ago. It's served lukewarm. It has a refreshing sourness at first, probably due to the white malt, but the aroma and taste that follow is Miyamanishiki. It has a delicious, friendly taste. It's a Junmai Daiginjo, but it's not overbearing, and it's a sake that you can enjoy with a sense of contentment. I would like to go to the brewery opening again when things settle down.

Today I had a bottle of a famous local sake that I remembered I had at home and had put away for a while. It was colored, but I enjoyed it lukewarm. I'm not sure if my preconceptions of in-prefecture sake and alcoholic beverages will change. It is a synonym for "plain and dry," and it seems to have come full circle.
