I can't believe there's a liquor store near me where I can buy my favorite Gunma Izumi. There was a super special selection of my favorite sake, but this time I went with the regular Yamahai Junmai to study. According to the owner, the rice used is different. I compared it with the Cho Tokusen, but the regular version was sharper and the Cho Tokusen was fuller. Both are delicious and have their own merits!
