落ち酒屋
This is the sake made with 99% koji that was recommended in the previous brewery delivery. It's served at room temperature as written. I imagined it to be a sweet sake, but it has a sour aftertaste and a refreshing taste. The viscosity is quite high, and it's like apricot, but it's also like wine or yogurt. It's delicious, so I'd like to drink it slowly, a little at a time, instead of dessert.
