This is the sake made with 99% koji that was recommended in the previous brewery delivery. It's served at room temperature as written. I imagined it to be a sweet sake, but it has a sour aftertaste and a refreshing taste. The viscosity is quite high, and it's like apricot, but it's also like wine or yogurt. It's delicious, so I'd like to drink it slowly, a little at a time, instead of dessert.

This was our second time at Obuse Winery. At the time of opening the bottle, it seemed more subdued than the previous sake, but after a few days of drinking, the aroma, fullness, and smoothness were delicious. It is an attempt to bring out the flavor of the carefully cultivated rice with low milling, a native-production process, and no added yeast. It's a return to the old style, or maybe it's a recent trend.

I bought this sake because I heard that it gets better at room temperature, and is good with warmed sake. I took the plunge and pulled the bottle out at the Tsuchida Brewery's Web Kurabiraki event held today! I was intrigued by the specs, but it was much easier to drink than I expected, and the aftertaste was too pleasant. I can't wait to see how the taste changes and how the sake warms up!

Summer is the perfect time for Icebreaker, a 2 year old sake with Tamagawa's signature sourness and refreshing aroma and taste. To be honest, it's not a drink you can gulp down. However, I can't get enough of the hard liquor feeling of drinking it slowly while melting ice and getting drunk.

This is a sake that I enjoyed drinking in the heat when I went to the Kanto Festival before. It has a fluffy taste, but it cuts through quickly. After a little while, it has a bitter taste and a lingering aftertaste. I like it because it is like an Akita sake. I hope I can go to the Kanto Festival again.

I found it in my hometown because it is a neighboring prefecture. I pulled out the cork and opened the bottle. When I drank it after a while, it had a mellow aroma, a smooth taste, and a lingering but bitter taste. It also has a solid taste, which explains the name "mature taste". The approach from wine, sake is interesting.

I haven't had Shinsei since I had Type S a long time ago. I've been drinking it for a few days, but I can't think of what I think of it. If I had to say, I thought it was a white wine because of the acidity and woody aroma. But it also has the taste of sake. It's a strange sake.

I enjoyed the unpasteurized sake before, so I went with the regular version. It was also colored. It has more of an impact on the palate than the original, but I think I can drink more of this one. I personally prefer to drink it at room temperature rather than warmed up, as it has a better balance of aroma and sourness.

Sakyami was recommended to us at a liquor store in Gunma. There are many different types of ver, but they recommend the black label for sake drinkers, so I chose this one with yeast No. 9. Although there is a warning about opening the bottle, I opened it without paying attention and hit my parents' forehead. The glass was filled with gas bubbles. The aroma is banana-like, and the taste is quite smooth rather than sharp.

It was too hot and we couldn't go far, so we went to the Abe Brewery shop in search of a sake for the summer. There were many different kinds of sake, but we decided on this one because it was not flashy, was easy to drink, was in our budget, and was only available in origarashi. The group fruit-like aroma and acidity made it easy to drink. I drank a lot and got drunk.

First time for macho series. It was also my first time to try Aizan sake. Even though it is a low-pasteurized sake, it has a good acidity and fullness even in cold sake. I guess it shows the goodness of Aizan's growth. There are so many different kinds of sake in Gunma.

The Gunma Izumi series continues. This time it was Junmai Ginjo standard. The liquor store had the new sake, but I dared to buy the aged version. It has a better mouthfeel than other sakes and is easy to drink. It has a good acidity and umami, and is suitable for cold sake. It will be very useful in the coming hot season.

This time it was the Gunma Izumi's Maifu ver that I drank before. The aroma is banana, and the taste is more acidic and grainy, probably because of the Yamahai yeast. I'm looking forward to letting it age a bit.

It's been a while since I've had Amanoato. It was a little hard when I drank it cold, so I brought it up to room temperature and the flavor and aroma were amazing. It has a lingering taste after you finish drinking it. It gave me a view of Yokote. I want to visit the brewery again when things settle down.

I opened a bottle of the room temperature Tamagawa series again, this time the 2 year old version. It has the characteristic peanut aroma of this series, but it's sweeter and easier to drink than usual because it was just opened. I've been drinking a lot of Omachi lately, but this one has the biggest impact on me because of the character of the brewery.

This is the usual Tamagawa room temperature Hotarakashi series, and it's a raw sake from over two years ago with a color. It's not as strong as the Yamahai series, but it's not as heavy as the Yamahai series, so it's easy to drink at room temperature. Personally, I prefer this Shiboritate when it is aged rather than freshly brewed.
