When I was looking at the room temperature shelves at a liquor store the other day, I was recommended this Hioki Sakura. I've drunk Strong before in combination with Tamagawa's No.1 yeast, but I didn't have a special impression of it because of the original character of the brewery.
I drank it at room temperature, but it had a fragrant aroma and a thick flavor. I had it as a warmed sake in the slightly cooler weather after the typhoon. It's powerful, but also crisp and clean.
