I drank the last Hanahayo Yoku that I haven't had in a while and it was so good that I got excited and bought it again ❗️.
This time, it is an unfiltered raw Yamadanishiki sake.
It has a slightly yellowish color and the smell is not so sweet.
When you take a sip, a soft sweetness rides on your tongue and you can hardly feel bitterness. It is easy to drink like water, but it tastes so good that you can't help but sigh.
You can also feel the richness, but it is not unpleasant, and the lingering sensation takes you further down the sip.
