Hanagaki Junmai Namaishu
I felt some summery freshness. However, the sake-like taste was strong. I felt it was too strong. Maybe it was too early? My grandfather who was having dinner with me drank it😅.
I got a lot of sake from my seniors and faculty members at the university!
I'm going to open them now 😊.

Within a few days of turning 20, I drank sake. The memorable first bottle was Sanchi Yamadanishiki. Even though I was a beginner, I felt its sweetness and freshness. It was the beginning of my sake addiction.
