Hourai Junmai Ginjo Nama from Gifu. A special order item found at Aeon? It was sweet, tasty, sharp and delicious. I have the impression that they often put a lot number on it and sell it as a limited edition.

Machida Sake Brewery in Gunma Amakuchi, Kakaatenshita. It has a sweet, acidic, deliciously bitter taste. The partner, Karakuchi Teishu Kanbaku, also has a bitter aftertaste, Life is not so sweet 🤔. I was spoiled by Mio sake shaved ice for the rice 😋🍧.

Doburoku from Ichinoya in Nagano Prefecture. When I first drank the top clear, it was clear and tasty. But what remained was a sludgy rice juice🥹. I diluted it with some amazake (rice wine) that I just had at home and enjoyed it 🍶. I'm scared of doburoku 😭

Mimuro Sugi Special Junmai Dry Clear and delicious! It is called "dry" but unlike the spiciness of the Tohoku region, it has a refreshingly umami taste. No bitterness or astringency. It goes well with sweet herring cut into pieces.
