Doburoku from Ichinoya in Nagano Prefecture. When I first drank the top clear, it was clear and tasty. But what remained was a sludgy rice juice🥹. I diluted it with some amazake (rice wine) that I just had at home and enjoyed it 🍶. I'm scared of doburoku 😭

KANGIKU MEIJO brewery in Chiba Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake🍶. I found it at Yashoku Center and got it immediately. It's sweet and tasty with a gentle aftertaste...delicious!

Amami Yamaguchi Sweet and tasty with a light bitterness. The great umami flavor makes it fun to pair with a variety of snacks! An excellent sake that goes well with sakadaki. Akaten is dry but sweet and delicious.

Mimuro Sugi Special Junmai Dry Clear and delicious! It is called "dry" but unlike the spiciness of the Tohoku region, it has a refreshingly umami taste. No bitterness or astringency. It goes well with sweet herring cut into pieces.
