I heard that they revived sake production 10 years ago after training at Toyo Bijin's brewery, so the machines and such used in this brewery were hand-me-downs from Toyo Bijin's brewery, lol!

The aroma was that of a typical sake (vocabulary). I could smell more alcohol than usual Sengoku - nice aroma of rice 🌾.

At CSW 🍶.
The one I've been looking forward to for a long time, as it was the first time it was unveiled 🥰.
The aroma is more light and less sweet than Sakura 🍶.
The carbonation is strong and quite sparkling 🍶.
Taste is refreshing and juicy with a touch of Senkou 🍈🍐🍎🍐🍎.
But the sparkling was more stimulating and it was hard to perceive the subtle flavors too much lol.

The first bite tasted like melon! It's like melon itself!
The juicy fruity taste that is typical of Senkyoku is still there!
It tingles a little on the tongue, but it tastes like Sentori, and you can drink it in large gulps.
I'm glad I haven't had Sakura this year: ☺️

The first time I drank kijoshu~! 🍶
It seems that sake made with sake and rice is called kijoshu, whereas sake is usually made with water and rice 😶(funny how it says sake in the ingredients section of the sake list).
In the old days, the fermentation technology was not that great, so they fermented it using sake that was already ready 🌾🍶.
The aroma is banana itself! 🍌.
Almost alcohol free (16 degrees) and tastes sweet like a liqueur-like syrup 😌.
I thought it would be great as an aperitif or after dinner drink 🍶.

It has a mellow~~~ mouthfeel with a gentle acidity that comes afterwards 🍶.
The distribution of this sake was stopped for a while due to the earthquake in Hokuriku, and we were told that it finally arrived in March! Drinking good sake and supporting Hokuriku is killing two birds with one stone, isn't it 🍶?

My first Gifu sake 🍶.
The aroma is sweet like ripe apples, which I like: ☺️
But when you drink it, it is different from the sweet aroma, it is a refreshing sake with a very strong taste of rice.
There is a slight tanginess that lingers on the tongue, but it seems to be an orthodox sake that everyone will enjoy.
It was delicious, and I would like to become an adult who can enjoy this type of sake.
