Summer drinking is fun 🎇.
The aroma is just like a gorgeous sake!
It's light, juicy, but not sour and smooth, with a hint of bitterness! Just like summer!
The aroma is light and slightly sweet.
When you drink it, the sweetness comes first, followed by a bit of bitterness.
The bitterness is a little stronger than the juiciness, so it seems to go well with oily food like beer.
On the verge of rebranding, I bought a kabuki beetle 🍶.
It has a round mouthfeel, a gentle sourness like lemon, and a fruity flavor like muscat through the nose.
It is a juicy summer sake like Sentori, and I was very happy 🎐.
First time! Hiroshima Sake 🍶.
The aroma is a little sweet and a little sharp.
When you drink it, you can feel a little bitterness in the aftertaste, but also a slight sweetness, and it is refreshing!
I would like to drink it with boiled fish or other strong flavored dishes 🐟.
It is not tingling at all, and the sweetness and flavor spreads like a breeze 🍶.
You don't feel any alcohol at all until the end, and you finish the drink with the first sip of juicy, sweet and delicious taste.
It is fruity with a hint of muscat in the mouth 🍇.
I knew it was delicious!
I just opened it yesterday and it was very tasty, slightly bubbly & fresh: ☺️☺️☺️
If served in a wine glass, you'd think it was sparkling for a second. It's so gorgeous 🥂.
The juiciness, like muscat, is a real strike 😖💖.
No acidity at all, love the light sweetness and freshness!
I heard that they revived sake production 10 years ago after training at Toyo Bijin's brewery, so the machines and such used in this brewery were hand-me-downs from Toyo Bijin's brewery, lol!
My first sake from Iki City, Nagasaki Prefecture.
I didn't expect to see cherry blossoms yet~! 🌸
The aroma was that of a typical sake (vocabulary). I could smell more alcohol than usual Sengoku - nice aroma of rice 🌾.
Juicy, sweet and sour like cherries, delicious ☺️🍒
Not too sweet, refreshing and easy to drink 🍶.
At CSW 🍶.
The one I've been looking forward to for a long time, as it was the first time it was unveiled 🥰.
The aroma is more light and less sweet than Sakura 🍶.
The carbonation is strong and quite sparkling 🍶.
Taste is refreshing and juicy with a touch of Senkou 🍈🍐🍎🍐🍎.
But the sparkling was more stimulating and it was hard to perceive the subtle flavors too much lol.
Delicious~! Love it 🍶.
(Good evening, Mr. Sengoku!
I see quite a few of you have raised Sentori on CSW 🤗We had this 2023 Spark last year 😋 and we liked it 😚 It was not sweet and we liked it 😚 We want to try it after a year 😄.
At CSW 🍶.
They put cherry flakes on it because it was a limited edition 🌸
The first bite tasted like melon! It's like melon itself!
The juicy fruity taste that is typical of Senkyoku is still there!
It tingles a little on the tongue, but it tastes like Sentori, and you can drink it in large gulps.
I'm glad I haven't had Sakura this year: ☺️
The first time I drank kijoshu~! 🍶
It seems that sake made with sake and rice is called kijoshu, whereas sake is usually made with water and rice 😶(funny how it says sake in the ingredients section of the sake list).
In the old days, the fermentation technology was not that great, so they fermented it using sake that was already ready 🌾🍶.
The aroma is banana itself! 🍌.
Almost alcohol free (16 degrees) and tastes sweet like a liqueur-like syrup 😌.
I thought it would be great as an aperitif or after dinner drink 🍶.
Thin but fruity aroma like LaFrance ☺️🍐
In the mouth, fresh and refreshing sweetness like apple, and a moderate alcohol taste that leaves from it........
I like this sake because it goes well with cold sake!
My favorite sake lately has been converging on this flavor. 、、、、
Middle ☝️
It has a mellow~~~ mouthfeel with a gentle acidity that comes afterwards 🍶.
The distribution of this sake was stopped for a while due to the earthquake in Hokuriku, and we were told that it finally arrived in March! Drinking good sake and supporting Hokuriku is killing two birds with one stone, isn't it 🍶?
1st left: ☝️
Refreshing, cold sake goes well with it 🍶🧊.
It's a little tangy on the bottom, but it's the kind of sake I like to drink with grilled fish.
A scent I've never smelled before...! Like a hot spring, like chlorine, or is it grain? It smelled like that 🍶.
When I drank it, I found the same gusto and peculiarity as when I drank Reimei...!
Maybe I don't like this taste...,
Shiboritate, Unfiltered, Junmai, Nama, Harazake... I picked it up because it had all my favorite words on the list 🍶.
Sweet aroma, not strong but slightly apple-like 🍏.
It tasted light and unctuous, with a tingling sensation when swallowed.
Might have felt rather dry? 🍶
It's a refreshing feeling that I don't usually drink, which is good - very light!
I might drink it for the first time except for seasonal Sentori...!
The aroma is like bekko.
When you put it in your mouth, a soft sweetness spreads, gentle and round. ⭕️
It is easy to drink, with a tangy feeling that lingers on the tongue, but spreads out in a gentle way! Delicious!
I really like Senkyoku... I'm looking forward to the rebranding too much 🍶🍏.
My first Gifu sake 🍶.
The aroma is sweet like ripe apples, which I like: ☺️
But when you drink it, it is different from the sweet aroma, it is a refreshing sake with a very strong taste of rice.
There is a slight tanginess that lingers on the tongue, but it seems to be an orthodox sake that everyone will enjoy.
It was delicious, and I would like to become an adult who can enjoy this type of sake.
I came across another Hope! I drank it instantly🍶.
I heard that the contents of Hope! is different every time, and I was so sad to think that I would not be able to find this taste again....
