The same one I had two years ago! The aroma is still bananas. It's a horrible drink ...., with a mildly sweet, yet tingly feeling, and an ease of drinking that doesn't make you feel like it's 20 degrees alcohol.

I visited Kikumasamune on a trip to Hyogo and was so impressed that I had to order it (I usually never order such things). The first sip gave me a sour taste like yogurt with a dash of Okinawa (Reimei). I thought I might have made a mistake, but as I sipped it, it suddenly changed to a gorgeous flavor that surprised me 🍶. It is not my favorite flavor, but I learned that even the same sake brewer can make a completely different flavor 📚.

Our New Year's Eve Sake Vol. 2 🍶. Chiba was a hot place this year It was surprisingly cloudy and so thick that you could almost hear it toque when pouring it into a sake cup. It smells and tastes just like amazake! I had it while thinking it was a good sake for the end of the year 🎍. It tasted a little sour, and I don't like amazake so much, so I don't think I'll repeat it. ....

Cats! They seem to be the cats in the brewery, 🐱. It's quite smooth and has a bitter and tight taste! The bitter x juicy x sweet taste is just right! I haven't had this since my trip to Mie in February, but the last time I had it, it was more juicy and fruity! I think it was more like "juicy fruitiness" when I drank it before.

Winter nigori unfiltered raw sake, jackpot! It's no surprise that you can't go wrong with Sono Kangiku, but there's no reason why the unfiltered nama sake can't be delicious 🥲. The aroma is gorgeous and somewhat like amazake (sweet sake), juicy like melon or muscat juice, but not as acidic as Sengoku and easy to drink. Refreshingly juicy and too delicious. ❄️⛄️ It is a rare item that is only available for pre-order, I am so happy to get it 😌.

The aroma is so melon, I know it's my favorite drink from the smell and I get excited 😭. The bubbles are too good, the taste is just the right amount of bitter, juicy, and sweet.... It's the type of sake that you can gobble up, but you can feel the alcohol content (say 15%). Delicious! This drink is so good that it made me feel like I've been rewarded for a day's work! Sono Kangiku, so far all of them might not be out of place.... 100 check-ins reached✅.

First time drinking the UA series 🍁. Slightly sour aroma like yogurt 🫧. In the mouth it tastes sweet and sour with a bit of bitterness afterwards 🍏. I'd like to try it with fatty fish - it would go well with autumn swordfish 🍂.

It seems that at an agricultural university they extracted a yeast that smells like bananas, and this sake is made with it 🍌. The color is yellowish and the aroma is not so banana-like, but when you drink it, it is very banana-like! I got to meet a fall Halloween cat 💕🎃. I was so happy to drink Haginotsuru in Miyagi, the home of the Haginotsuru, The aroma and taste are really gorgeous! It is mild and juicy like a grape with a hint of yogurt in the mouth. Not too much acidity but juicy! A little tingling on the tongue. The fizz when I opened it was amazing 🫧. It was still Haginotsuru, the origin and the pinnacle of sake. ...... It's no exaggeration to say that my love for sake started with Manatsu Neko...

We were allowed to compare the 5-day-old and freshly opened bottles! The one that had been open for a long time had a light cloudiness due to the ooze that came out when exposed to air, and had a mellow mouthfeel. The freshly opened one had a noticeable sizzle to it. The freshly opened one has a very fizzy, refreshing and juicy taste. I was surprised at the totally different taste! I think I prefer the freshly opened juicy one 🥱.

Following Hoshikai, we went to Qinghai! Refreshing, with a hint of alcohol. Freshly opened, shrieky and slightly effervescent, light and juicy, very soft and easy to drink. It tastes like a gorgeous champagne 🍸. Maybe I like Hoshikai better!

The aroma is interesting, I've never smelled anything like it in sake, it smells sweet like candy. Like pilkul or Moroccan yogurt, lol! But when you drink it, you will be surprised that it is totally different from the aroma. It has a schwishy, banana-like flavor 🍌. It has a juicy sweetness to it!

Last green natur🍐 of the season. Crisp and tart aroma like the top of yogurt When you drink it, you can feel the lactic acidity in a little smoky, and it's smooth and easy to drink. It's not sweet or juicy, but sour and refreshing (not dry or anything, but mellow). Looking forward to the next season, I tasted it deliciously!

I had to drink something since I came to Hyogo! I chose Banshu Ikkyo, a summer sake. It is a light cloudy sake with a little bit of orikura (a hint of cedar) in it, which makes it look cool. The aroma is like fresh pears or freshly cut apples, and the juicy flavor belies its freshness. The taste in the mouth is a little tingling, and when the alcohol passes through the nose, it tastes like pear juice. Delicious!
