I visited Kikumasamune on a trip to Hyogo and was so impressed that I had to order it (I usually never order such things).
The first sip gave me a sour taste like yogurt with a dash of Okinawa (Reimei). I thought I might have made a mistake, but as I sipped it, it suddenly changed to a gorgeous flavor that surprised me 🍶.
It is not my favorite flavor, but I learned that even the same sake brewer can make a completely different flavor 📚.
