I'm so glad I got the Hope! Served in a wine glass 🍶. The aroma is apple? The aroma was fresh like an apple 🍶. It tasted fruity without any peculiarities, like a freshly squeezed pear or apple 🥲... delicious! It doesn't tingle in my mouth all the time, nor do I feel the alcohol passing through my nose, it's really smooth to drink. I would like to drink it again, but I have mixed feelings because it is a sake that should not be sold too often. I wish for the recovery of Noto. 、、、、

Polar Bear ~~ 🐻‍❄️🍶 The aroma has a slight melon feeling, and the juicy sweetness is amazing in the mouth! There is a slight tingle left in the mouth, but I personally thought the colder it was, the better it tasted and the better it would go with fried food 🍶🍈.

I had a long-awaited trip to Mie! So, I had Jishin for the first shot 🍶. Nigori Sake Nama (photo on the left) is a delight for nigori lovers. It has a fruity aroma like LaFrance, and when you put it in your mouth, it leaves a tangy taste on your tongue, but the soft sweetness is delicious 😌😌. I'm glad to be able to drink it in Mie Prefecture! Thank you for the food 😚. I also had a sip of the unfiltered draft on the right, which was more effervescent than nigori and refreshingly delicious 🍶🍏.

The scent is fresh and fruity like pear 🍐. It smells like pear juice and gets me excited🥰. In the mouth, you feel a little fizzy and tingling 🫧. Despite the sweet aroma, the taste is clean and refreshing and would go well with any dish. I love the niggles pooling at the bottom of the bottle. Sparkler -> red dragonfly and then winter get ⛄ I love Senkou - there's nothing wrong with it!

(Hi 😃. Snowman⛄️ is delicious 😋. You can't go wrong with Sentori's classic and first tank series, so please enjoy the variety 👋

Jay & Nobby. Hi ☺️ I see you live in Tochigi! Thanks for your comment 🍶. I've only had seasonal Sentori yet, so I'll taste a lot of it when I find it: ☺️☺️

I bought it because of the surprising value of -22 sake. As the reviews say, it is indeed apple juice 🍎. You don't feel the alcohol at all, but it doesn't have a sticky sweetness, it's delicious and you can drink it in large gulps.

Okinawa's only sake, I decided to try it with my meek soul 😳. First of all, I was surprised at the pink color 🫢. I was nervous that it would be a bit peculiar, but the aroma was sweet, and when I took a quick sip, I felt a hint of sweetness, which was surprisingly normal for a sake! But when I tasted it, I felt the strength of the sake. It tasted like sake I've had somewhere else, a hire-shu or a cooked sake,? I don't think people who like dry sake will resist 🍶. Just not my taste, I guess. (A little taste of cheap sake...) I wonder what the honjozo tastes like, one time is enough for now lol.

Drinking at the red brick pot hut! Gobashi is my favorite nigori, but I can't find any 😢. I drank a dry sake for the first time in my life, and it was refreshing 🍶 to go with the strong flavored dishes. I usually drink sweet sake that makes me happy, but it would be fun and mature if I could choose the right sake to go with the food 😌.

Drinking 🍶 at the Red Brick Pot Hut Delicious with a fruity sourness and a gentle sweetness - apple-like 🍎. This is the second time I've had Daimine, but I like it 🍶!

Drinking at the red brick pot hut! It's still delicious - elegantly sweet and happy honjozo 🍶.

The goal of the Fukushima trip, the Ichiromanto, was successfully obtained! The fruity aroma of muscat and lychee, the mild mouthfeel, and the crisp alcohol on the nose...really delicious! I love sake that is served cold. Loman is a luxury for the first sake of 2024, I'm so happy~ ☺️🍶

I love Haginotsuru & I'm a people who love raw sake, so I was too happy to drink it 😌😌🫶. I knew it was delicious before I drank it, but it was still too delicious! I knew it would be, but it was still too delicious. 、、、、 It has a sweetness that doesn't linger or tingle on the tongue, a slight fizziness, and the colder it is, the better it tastes...I realized again how much I like this type of sake. It's fresh and light, and a dangerous sake that you can gobble up. ......

The Lomang series is a mixture of various Lomang series, and it seems that the Lomang that enters the series changes every year, lol. The aroma is gorgeous! The aroma of the sake is like "the gorgeous" and I'm sure I like it 😌. It has a fruity flavor with a hint of apple and banana, and the sweetness that lingers afterwards makes it very drinkable. It was the star of the show without the need for any snacks.

The aroma was soooo gorgeous and fruity, I was sure I would like it even before I drank it. In the mouth, it is sweet with no acidity at all, and you can taste melon and strawberry. Yet, it leaves a bitter taste on the tongue, and the sake is nice and crisp. It was delicious - I would definitely repeat it.

It has a little gas in it, plus it's fruity, so it's like drinking champagne 🍇. The aftertaste is not at all peculiar, like water, but fruity like lychee and mango in the back 🥭. It tastes good cold, there is a repeat!

First time in a year, Sentori🍂. It was easy to drink with a refreshing acidity as usual - it was sweet and sour like a grape and somehow felt like autumn. I think it has more acidity than sparklers.

I told him that I like ginjo daiginjo and sweeter ones and not sour ones, and he recommended this one 🍶. It has a fruity sweet honey aroma that reminds me of ripe pears, and when I put it in my mouth, it was surprisingly tasteless! I thought it was water! I thought it was water! You can feel the robust taste of rice in this sake. There is a slight tingling sensation that lingers underneath, but in a good way, I felt it was a simple taste with no peculiarities. I would like to drink it cold, and I think it would go well with fish dishes. There is a repeat ⭕️

The longed-for Sanzen Sakura again. ...... Refreshing but not sour, slightly sweet and delicious 😚. I've had 3 sakes made with comet and all of them are strikes, so maybe I like comet 🌾. It still reminds me of Hagi no Tsuru Manatsu no Neko ver.... The one you want to drink cold sake in hot summer.

Amazing Sake Degree -18😳 The lowest sake level I have ever encountered, as far as I can remember. I thought it would be very sweet, but it wasn't. It was very tasty, with a mild acidity of nigori and a mild aftertaste like amazake, with a mildly sweet aftertaste 😚🍶.

Rice is a comet! The rice, which I also drank at Sanzen Sakura and Glorious Fuji! I wonder if he likes comets, 🌾. The mouthfeel is mellow and round like water! There are no peculiarities whatsoever! The aroma is sweet, but when you drink it, it is not at all sticky and refreshing! It's not the same as the sweet ginjo-shu I usually drink, but it's a happy sake that goes well with strong-flavored snacks. ☺️☺️ It's not fruity or gaseous, it's a sake that's very typical of sake. But it's refreshing and has no peculiarities, so I can drink it in large gulps 😖.

I thought it might be muddy, but I was surprised to see a golden color 🫢. The aroma smelled savory like bekko (same smell as the crunchy fries at Saizeria lol) and the taste, what a surprise, tasted like caramel! You can feel the alcohol strongly in your mouth, but when you drink it, there is caramel in the back. It was interesting because it had the same flavor as the unsweetened bitter caramel at the bottom of a fancy pudding 😳😳. I can't really think of what it would go with, it's like the drink alone is so drinkable and satisfying 😦. If you ask me if I would have a repeat, hmmm....
