This sake is made from a rare rice called Hakutsuru-nishiki. It is cool yet deep. It also smells very good. It is a very rare sake, but it is sold at my favorite restaurant and it is delicious with fish. Mellow but deep.
This sake was offered to me as a substitute when I was told there was no Tsuruling. It is indeed easy to drink and quite refreshing. It feels like it lingers in the throat. The smell is also heavy. It has a sweetness that is different from fruity.
It is quite sour! But it is easy to drink due to the carbonation. You can drink it endlessly if you combine it with thick and sweet type of snacks. ......
