みさき
It seems to be a representative brand of Takachiyo. I am ashamed to admit that I had never heard of it. I was told that it is a sake that used to be called "Maki Kikai," but it is no longer available due to the Corona disaster, and is now available to the general public.
First of all, the aroma was amazing! It smells like a bunch of fruit packed into a wine glass before you even put your mouth on it. It is slightly carbonated and light anyway. The way it disappears from your mouth is also very beautiful. It is delicious!
