This is a freshly squeezed, unpasteurized sake made with Miyamanishiki. It was explained that it is fresh and goes well with western food. It smells quite nice. Fragrant and fruity? Lychee? Muscat? I absolutely love the aroma! I thought I would like it, but I actually liked it a lot. Not too sweet, not too light, dry but fruity, refreshing and infinitely drinkable. I would like to pair it with western food as well: 🙆‍♀️
