Higashi-no-Roku Sake Brewery Polishing rice 50 (out-of-spec rice)
First time brewer, purchased on recommendation
I think there are more and more breweries that use out-of-spec rice for polishing, but I haven't been able to find a good one yet...
However, this one is delicious!
I like it, but I wonder where I can find it.
