On the way back from the Ainu Museum Upopoi in Shiraoi, I went to an Ainu restaurant in Sapporo.
I was talking with the waiter about sake that goes well with bear meat, and we talked about Sanzenzakura.
I am very happy to enjoy it along with the food that was in my imagination after seeing it in Golden Kamuy.
