Kitayasu Jozo NEXT BATTER Junmai Unfiltered Unrefined Unblended Sake The brewer brews the sake, and the name of this cute sake is derived from the anxieties and expectations of a baseball player waiting for his next at-bat. The label is cute, too! But the sake is a classic Japanese sake. It has a slightly sweet taste, a good balance of sweetness, deliciousness, and acidity, and is a good sake with a long aftertaste.
