The aroma is moderate. There is a hint of alcohol in the nose, and it finishes dry and crisp. There is also a slight bitterness. In today's menu, it was a perfect match with Aji Nanbanzuke! It was a marriage with the acidity of the nanbanzuke👍. It was a sake that was more enjoyable with food than by itself! What should I pair it with next time🤗?

We've been waiting for you! It's this year's Syntchida! It's got a sweetness to it, a lactic acidity to it, and it just snaps right out of it! The sharpness with this intensity of flavor is extraordinary! This is probably the reason why Tsuchida's sake has such a wide range of pairings😊. I'm going to let it sit at room temperature to grow!

It's a juicy sake! But it's not sweet, and it kicks in with a lingering finish! I paired it with tuna sakutome and it was the perfect marriage👍.

Memorandum. What I drank more than six months ago. I found Yuki no Kayasha at the first liquor store I went to and drank it for the first time. It was fresh and tasty, yet clean and crisp. That's the work of Toichi Takahashi, the master brewer! I had it while watching a recording of Professional Shigoto no Ryugi, which doubled the flavor! I'll definitely buy it again this year!

I opened this bottle at a pizza party with my family! The aroma of rice comes out in the mouth and disappears with the alcohol. It has a crystal clear mouthfeel and is easy to drink! When paired with food, the alcohol feeling almost disappears, and it seems to accompany the food, which is also a good feeling👍. In one meal, I emptied my four-pack 😅.

This is my first Murasuke. It seems to be biased toward acidity among Murasuke, but the more days pass from the opening of the bottle, the more it seems to settle down. At first the acidity was unacceptable, but after it settled down, it feels like a pleasant acidity in the heat of this summer! It's one of those bottles that makes you learn that there are all kinds of things you can do with sake!

I bought this on a recommendation that it was fruity but refreshing! It has a sweet and sour mouthfeel, but a bitterness lingers at the end. It's got a raw sake feel to it, but I'm not sure if it's because it's been heated. I'm not a fan of sake with a strong raw sake feel. It went great with the spicy pickled cucumbers! I'm curious to know how you guys drink it😊.

Tenfrog 2020. It is an angry version, so I persisted and opened the bottle after 30 minutes of struggle😅. Tasted like a Japanese pear with sweet acidity and a nice, crispy finish! It really was a great bottle! I'd love to buy this if it was available, but the problem is that it's hard to find...

The first time I drank Katsucoma was at a sushi restaurant when I was in Toyama. An old couple sitting next to us said, "You should drink it because you can't drink it often! I remember that I was advised by an elderly couple sitting next to me to drink it, and my wife (my girlfriend at that time) gave me permission to drink it. Sure enough, it was refreshing and went perfectly with the fresh sushi! This time, it's my long awaited home brew, Katsuma! After all, it goes great with seafood! We enjoyed the marriage of the two, complementing each other! I wish I could travel to Toyama again!

Tsuchida's sake is known for its firmness and crispness, and the active nigori sake was just as I imagined! It's perfect with crab miso and cream cheese with tuna sakutome! I would like to see it become a regular product, but it's somewhat expensive😅.

This is No.6 after a long time. It is served with homemade smoked octopus head and smoked trout. I was surprised at how well it went with the smoked trout. Was it a marriage of acidity and sourness? However, the aroma of lactic acid bacteria seems stronger than before. I guess it's a matter of taste, but I liked the previous version better because I could feel the flavor of the rice. I'm looking forward to the change in taste, though, because Shinsei is challenging us by changing various manufacturing methods! I want to read everything about Shinsei again!

This one was a rare buy in a bottle! It was featured on YouTube on sake as being highly recommended, so I took the plunge! The taste was different from what I imagined it would be 😅 with a strong flavor and sweetness. But when paired with something with a lot of flavor, it's outstanding! This time, pairing it with the salt noodle was great, but I'd like to try a few different things!

I recommend the liquor store I go to all the time! The flavor spreads out, but the acidity is solid and it's going to kick in! Finally, the alcohol kicks in, and we're going to sputter! As expected from a seaside brewery, it went perfectly with sashimi and simmered daikon radish! Sounds like it would be great warmed up for the upcoming season! I recommend it!
