The first time I drank Katsucoma was at a sushi restaurant when I was in Toyama. An old couple sitting next to us said, "You should drink it because you can't drink it often! I remember that I was advised by an elderly couple sitting next to me to drink it, and my wife (my girlfriend at that time) gave me permission to drink it.
Sure enough, it was refreshing and went perfectly with the fresh sushi!
This time, it's my long awaited home brew, Katsuma!
After all, it goes great with seafood!
We enjoyed the marriage of the two, complementing each other!
I wish I could travel to Toyama again!
