Imanishi Junmai Bizen Omachi
It was recommended to us because it is the same brewery as Mimurosugi.
It is a umami type Junmaishu with the taste of rice. The balance of sweetness, acidity, and bitterness is excellent, and the sake is easy to drink. It's delicious😋.
On the second day, it was a bit calmer but still tasty.
Junmai Ginjo Sakemirai
It is fruity and has a good balance of sweetness and umami.
