A collaboration sake with Houou Mita. It is a collaboration with Hououmida and has a slightly light nigori (nigori means slightly cloudy) flavor. The aroma is refreshing with a hint of sweetness, and the taste is different from usual in that the acidity is subdued, but the sweetness and umami of the rice can be felt.
