Aikoku, a rare sake rice that is a reintroduction of ancient rice. Houou Mita & Sengoku's joint project. First, Hououmida. The aroma was a little tame compared to the usual Hououmida. Unlike the usual melon aroma, the sweetness of the rice was unusually sweet and full with a lingering aftertaste. It still tastes good even after 2~3 days.
