This is an Aeon brand Kubota. Kubota wants to give a sense of originality, supervised by a sake sommelier. I drink it anyway, but I end up thinking about Kubota all the time because I have Kubota to compare it to. So why didn't you just buy Kubota from the beginning? Sennensui is a sake that makes you want to drink Kubota. The main thing is that the taste is crisp and clear, just as the description says, with an emphasis on pairing with food. The aftertaste is also light. Atmospheric Kubota. A Kubota that follows you wherever you go. (But Asahi Shuzo has many other brands besides Kubota. I thought that Kyushu must be quite a good place for sake, and I am Kuroda Bushy from Fukuoka. I have been drinking a lot of different kinds of sake recently, and I think my palate has become dulled in terms of its characteristics... (I mean, I am chronically drinking too much). It is a daiginjo, so it has no peculiarities that bother me, and I drink it every night like I am obsessed with it. It ran out too soon... what a waste... It has a refreshing to mellow taste, a refined throat and no unpleasant aftertaste. Thank you very much.

Is this a limited edition product sent as a shareholder gift from a mail order site called Belluna Gourmet? It seems to be a product. As for the taste, well, it tastes good. So I would say it is worth the price. It is a Niigata rice sake. It is sweet and has no strange peculiarities. It has none of the characteristics of so-called long-established stores or brands. It is a safe, unremarkable taste. It seems to be intentionally made to taste that way. Sake distributed only through mail-order websites has a distinctive label, and many labels are inconspicuous and not too concerned with individuality or design. Many sake breweries are located in famous areas, but many of them are unknown to us. I am not sure if there is a system in the sake brewing industry, but I have the image of a project that is made by a subcontractor or a small brewery at a low price. I think this is a genre that people who like sake and are particular about it will not come close to.

Everyone is familiar with Hakkaisan. You can find Hakkaisan almost everywhere you go. It has the rich sweetness and aroma of rice that is typical of Niigata. What is typical of Hakkaisan is the subtle aftertaste of sweet sake after swallowing. This is worth mentioning and is the reason why people say they like it. The taste design symbolizes a sake that is typical of a rice-producing region and a sweet sake. It has a refreshing feeling that makes you want to say, "Please give me another one! （I can't say if it's a medium-brew or not, but it's exactly what it sounds like.) (Is this what you call "tarei"?) Note that when it gets lukewarm, it suddenly starts to smell like a hangover, so we advise you to take it out of the fridge and pour it every time. This series was recommended by the people of Fukui Prefecture. The fact that this sake is loved by the locals gives you a sense of security even before you drink it. Although it claims to be dry, it has a gentle dryness, or rather, a rather mild taste, almost like a medium mouthfeel. The subtle petitiveness just before the slight foaming sensation is very enticing to the palate. And the alcohol content is 19%, so you get a big thump right after drinking it! I've heard that there are a lot of sake in Nagano (not just wine), and I think it has high potential. The peaceful scenery of Kawakami-cho in Minamisaku-gun is one of my precious things. This time I drank a ginjo-shu from Shizuoka Prefecture. It was a beautiful sake with a fruity-fruity aroma and rice flavor, although it was a bit old. I guess it is because of the location, and the water they use also contains a lot of richness of nature. I can't explain it well, but it has a very pleasant hard-water texture that the Japanese like. That's what Shizuoka is all about! I would love to visit a sake brewery when I am in the area.

I have an indescribable longing for Saga and Nagasaki prefectures. I sometimes go to Kurume for work, but the scenery I see in front of the station or driving along the river, well, it's not that peculiar. I don't know why I have this impression, but I feel like it's a "hidden prefecture". This product is a top choice that does not betray my impression. The sweetness and spiciness is a little sweet, almost normal. It tastes like clean water with carefully dissolved white sugar. Very refreshing! I would recommend it if you find it in a bar! I poured more than usual and guzzled it down. I would like to drink 2 to 3 more bottles.

This is Kyoto's sake! From the moment you drink it, you will say, "Refreshing! Sukkiri!" and it flows down the back of the throat while singing The back of the mouth sings, "Rice! Rice! Kire! Ichinokura sweet sake from Miyagi. Sweet! So I tried it. It is a sweet taste based on Ichinokura's taste. It is quite good! If I had to say so, I would say that while it is unscreened and reasonably priced, it tastes a bit bland. However, there is a clear standard, and I think it is good for sake marketing to have a playful spirit to offer such a different type of sake that deviates from that standard. I enjoyed it.

I can assure you that it is a great sake for sake beginners and light users like myself. Because of this refreshing drinking experience, the sweet and light residual aroma, and the ability to reset itself after the second glass of deliciousness! A model of sake! My recommendation! The name and taste are as good as the atmosphere of the rice, the stylish bottle with a very high fighting power, and the appearance that convinces even me, a Niigata Niigata noisy person! Ichinokura is a sake that I consider to be representative of Miyagi Prefecture. Whenever I drink with people from there, it always comes up early on. Some of them say, "I can only buy a limited-edition sake called Shouzumi there, and I always buy it every time I go there! There is also a person who says, "I can only buy a limited edition sake called Shouko there. There must be a lot of fans. Although it is said to be dry, it is not that sharp, and has a slightly above-medium mouthfeel. The dryness is so exquisite that it resets the inside of the mouth and brain every 10 minutes or so, so you can't help but have a second serving. When I opened the bottle, I did not expect it to run down so fast. It made me realize that there are many different types of dry sake, and that you can't judge a sake by its description or preconceived notions. I must try it for myself. It is the image of the sake that grandpa brings out every night at grandpa's house in the countryside. It is not the seasoning or brewing that is popular in 2022, but rather a classic or old school style. It's more like an everyday bottle that is gentle, nostalgic, and reassuring. Fukushima Aizu has such good sake. Fukushima produces such good rice. I know I talk about Niigata-Niigata, but Fukushima is also a rice-producing region. (I thought it looked delicious from the design of the label, but I was right!) Sweet and light, with a strong fruity aroma and no bitterness after drinking. So I tend to drink more of it... I'll be back for more.
